1) How long is the Black Friday Sale on?
The Black Friday Sale is available until midnight November 29th, 2021 or while supplies last.
2) Why can’t I use a voucher code with my Black Friday Order?
It is not possible to combine two promotional offers: a voucher code will not apply to products available in the Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.

3) What is the return policy for Black Friday purchases?
Items purchased between Black Friday and Dec 25th, 2021 are eligible to be returned for an exchange or refund until January 31st, 2022. You are responsible for returning the product(s) to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. adidasheadphones.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

4) The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?
The products available in the Black Friday sale are available while supplies last, the items will not be restocked. Items move quickly, we advise you grab ‘em while you can!
5) Did my Black Friday purchase go through?
An email order confirmation will be sent to the email address used in the order once the payment has been successfully processed. If you can’t find the email order confirmation within an hour or two of creating the order, be sure to check your junk mail.

6) When will my Black Friday order be delivered?
All orders are processed as quickly as possible however due to the high volume of sales, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days for orders to process and be prepared to be dispatched with our Shipping Partner.
