If your tracking link is showing that the shipment isn’t moving, it is possible that the shipping label and tracking number have been created but the shipment hasn’t departed the hub yet. The tracking information updates once the shipment has been picked up by Courier and is en route to the final destination. We advise that you check back a little later on to see if the tracking information has been updated.
